• No person to be insured has ever had any criminal convictions, police cautions or have any prosecutions pending;
• No person to be insured has ever had home insurance refused, cancelled or offered with terms imposed;
• The home is not to be used as a holiday home or weekend home.

Your quotation and policy will be based on you answering ‘Yes’ to all the above assumptions and any other questions that we may ask you in the process of obtaining a quotation and buying this policy. You must take reasonable care to provide complete and accurate answers to any questions we ask. Please read any assumptions in the application journey carefully and confirm if they apply to your circumstances. If any of the information you provide changes after you purchase your policy and/or during the period for which your policy is in force, please provide us with details.

If the information provided by you is not complete and accurate:

• We may cancel your policy and refuse to pay any claim; or
• We may not pay any claim in full; or
• We may reverse the premium and/or change any excess; or
